A link to set a new password will be sent to your email address.

Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

  1. Login with your email address and password from our old website
  2. Go to the profile switcher and add a profile for each of your children, assigning each profile to your list of subscribed classes
  3. Visit your account area parental controls page and add any notes for the teachers about your children
  4. Re-authenticate your card details for your Subscription renewals. Go to and click view on one of your subscriptions. Click on Change Payment Method. Re-enter your card details and check the box to update all your subscriptions in one go.

The most likely cause is an issue with your payment details, particularly if you were a customer on our old website and your subscription auto-renewed before you re-authenticated your payment details.

Here's how to fix it:

  1. Click on subscriptions
  2. Look for any that say On Hold in the status column and click view to see the subscription details
  3. Scroll down and you'll see a list of orders - click on pay and re-enter your card details to pay for your outstanding subscription
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all On Hold subscriptions
  5. You should now have access to all your subscribed classes! (If you go back to the subscriptions page you should now see all your subscriptions say Active

New Child Profile

  1. Go to the profile switcher and add a profile for each of your children
  2. You'll see a list of subscribed classes during this process, simply assign each profile to your child's applicable classes
  3. You can then visit your account area parental controls page and add any notes you'd like the teacher to see about your children (your child will not see this information via their profile)
  4. Go to Your Timetable and you should now see all your classes, filterable by each of your children's profiles!

Existing Child Profile

  1. Visit your account area parental controls page
    • Add any notes you'd like the teacher to see about your children (your child will not see this information via their profile).
    • You can also assign and unassign your child from your subscribed classes
  2. Go to Your Timetable and you should now see all your classes, filterable by each of your children's profiles!

  2. You can click on any of the class tiles on your timetable in order to go to the class page
  3. From the class page you'll be able to access the lesson Zoom code, see class resources and message the teacher

Child's Profile

  1. If you switch to your child's profile they'll also be able to see a personalised profile just of their own classes!

Logged in?

  1. Go to your Account Details
  2. Confirm your existing password and then enter your new password
  3. Click update details

Logged out?

  1. Use the "Forgot your password?" link
  1. Double check your email address and password for typos - this is the most common issue!
  2. If you still can't login use for "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password
