There are multiple classes within History Alive! We tailor the subjects explored to the age group, but the real focus is to make children love exploring history no matter their age!
Every six to eight weeks, we will be exploring a new exciting historical period through real-life case studies of children and adults from the time and studying artefacts. We will be finding out what we can about the period, making our own artefacts and historical recordings, looking at fun facts and creating all sorts of exciting projects to bring history alive and make it relevant!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CLASS IS REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK BECAUSE OF IT’S POPULARITY WITH THE SAME CONTENT AND PLACES ARE LIMITED. PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE SESSIONS IN EACH AGE RANGE PER WEEK AS WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS IF YOU SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN ONE SESSION, AS THAT STOPS SOMEONE ELSE FROM HAVING THE OPTION OF A PLACE.
For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
