A confidence-boosting class for children who are ready to start to explore Maths beyond our Young Mathematicians class. Work is in line with the National Curriculum for years 3 and 4. Children will be encouraged to take their practical understanding of Maths to new levels...

Nick’s classes are not just any boring maths class. Nick can always make maths fun in every way. Nick’s classes have helped me so much, especially in times tables which I find hard. Before I started Nick’s classes I thought maths was boring, hard, and not the slightest bit fun but now Nick’s classes have changed what I think about maths and I look forward to them every week. Fab lessons, my son really enjoys them and enjoys interacting. Nick is a great teacher, takes his time, explains everything clearly and makes the lessons fun. We missed our last lesson but with use of the video recording have been able to catch up well. Great lessons looking forward to the rest of the term

I love this class. nick is a fantastic teacher. maths was so hard for me until I did nicks class. his class made me think of math in such a different way. I learned so much in his classes. and none of his classes are boring. he always makes it fun in some way.

Nick is a God send! I have homeschooled for 23 years, and I am very choosey when it comes to who I place my son under, but Nick and his Math class, and Games club ticks ALL the boxes, which is rare! Though he is teaching, it is easy to forget you’re in a lesson, because he delivers it in such a way that it is fun, engaging. Every child gets to feel important, heard, and celebrated.

Agree with others that Nick is an absolute gem 💎 of a teacher. He is kind, patient and funny and helps children to feel empowered and included. Even with a mistake he is a brilliant at making sure children feel positive and still engaged. We wouldn’t be without him now. Thanks Nick.

Nick is an amazing maths teacher. Both of my children attend multiple lessons a week with him and his lessons are what they look forward to the most. Before starting lessons with Nick, my son had lost all confidence in his maths skills and didn’t enjoy it at all. Now he can’t wait to join and has fun taking part every lesson. My daughter has even more passion for maths since starting with Nick and he understands she struggles to join in verbally and so allows her to contribute through the chat. Nick makes the lessons so enjoyable and fun that they forget they are learning! Can’t thank you enough for your passion and care Nick.

My 8 year old is good at maths but in the past has found it boring. Just a few weeks into Nicks lessons and not only does she look forward to it every week, she is doing maths in her own time as well as really working on those maths skills. The group is a fun friendly place with a great rapport with each other and with Nick. She finds it that enjoyable she wanted to do Nicks times tables club! My reluctant maths wizard now enjoys 2 maths clubs! Highly recommended!
