A little info about this class...
Yoga works on building strength and flexibility in our bodies and works on staying focused and calm in our minds. We will explore balances, postures, and movement in a relaxing, calm way. We will practise a variety of calming techniques that will help soothe our busy minds!
This class is for children who would like to try something new, for children who may want to learn some calming techniques or for children who want to feel good and have fun!
For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
