Herbology (now called Herbalism for Beginners) is an amazing class. You can either forage for the herb you are looking at on a particular week or sometimes I used a dried version of the herb from a herbal tea. I really enjoyed the opportunity to make herbal potions and herbal crafty things. I also loved listening to Ruth’s herbal folklore stories. I would highly recommend this class to any kid interested in learning about herbs. Bea
