I made a lemon curd log and mushroom wellington. I used the dough recipe from making cinnamon rolls in a previous lesson to make my lemon curd log. I used the leftover dough to turn my mushroom pate into mushroom wellington. I absolutely love myPlant Based Cookery class. Bea
