Bonjour!
French is a beautiful language and very fun to learn! We will start our French journey by learning simple words and phrases that will allow us to chat to other people and talk about ourselves. For example, what your name is, how old you are, your favourite things, etc. We’ll learn colours, numbers, animals, food, and lots more.
The lessons and very fun and interactive, you will have lots of opportunities to chat and practise your French speaking skills, if you would like to. We will be learning all this through lots of songs, games and role-play with our friends.
Which level to choose:
Beginners French is if you are new to French and would like to focus on speaking (and simple reading & writing).
Beginners + French is for older beginners or children who have some French knowledge and are interested in speaking French but also doing a little bit more reading, writing and learning some grammar.

For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
