PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE SESSIONS PER AGE GROUP PER WEEK AS WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS IF YOU SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN ONE SESSION, AS THAT STOPS SOMEONE ELSE FROM HAVING THE OPTION OF A PLACE.
This class is for children who want to delve into stories of the past while building the key skills needed to study History at GCSE level and beyond. By examining the diaries, letters and belongings of real people, you will be transported to the past and engage with History in an immersive and memorable way. Each topic will feature creative and hands-on activities to help you to understand how the world we live in today has been shaped by past events. Along the way, gain important analytical, writing and evaluation skills that will stand you in good stead for your future studies in any subject.
For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
