A little info about this class...
Why is the sky blue? Why do giraffes have long necks? What happens in a nuclear reactor?
Explore the answers to these questions and many more through interactive and fun science lessons. This provides a foundation of knowledge to prepare learners for studying GCSE, all based around some of Science’s big questions and put into context of real world examples.
This class is a fun mix of hands on experimenting with real science, fun activities and questions that will make you understand things in a brand new way.
These sessions inspire a love of science and build confidence in learners, allowing them to learn new things and enhance their skills as scientists.
For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CLASS IS REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK BECAUSE OF IT’S POPULARITY WITH THE SAME CONTENT AND PLACES ARE LIMITED. PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE SESSIONS PER WEEK AS WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS IF YOU SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN ONE SESSION, AS THAT STOPS SOMEONE ELSE FROM HAVING THE OPTION OF A PLACE.
