Welcome to Minecraft Club! 👾
If you LOVE all things Minecraft – you are in the right place!
We will be completing crazy challenges, following step-by-step tutorials, designing skins, creating, exploring, designing, building amazing structures, investigating engineering (STEAM-related challenges) and problem-solving. Each week will be a little different, and you will always have time to share any builds you are super proud, cheats/tips/tricks, updates and ideas! You can use any version of Minecraft for the PC/Mac or on any console. Feel free to send screenshots to Jen(the teacher) via chat if you’d like to share with the group.
No previous experience is necessary so beginners are welcome. However, if you are a Minecraft expert we would also love that you join, put your own creative twist on tasks, and share your wealth of knowledge with the group!
For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
Can I take this opportunity to say how much we love LLP and all your brilliant teachers- Lara for Maths is absolutely wonderful, so kind and lovely and brilliant with children. Kate for History is wonderful and very inspiring. Emma is also brilliant. So pleased we found LLP and that you’ve clearly gone from strength to strength!
