A little info about this class...
Ever wondered why Romeo and Juliet got themselves in such a mess? Or perhaps why Macbeth had his head turned by a group of witches? Or even why a character called Bottom ended up with a donkey’s head? Well, why don’t you come along to this group and learn all things Shakespeare!
In this session we will be exploring a variety of Shakespeare’s plays and characters in a fun and creative way whilst learning about what England was like when The Bard was alive. We’ll also be tackling Shakespearian language to ensure you feel confident with whatever Shakespeare play you may come across in the future!
These sessions are aimed for students between the ages of 7-11. Each play studied will last between 8-10 weeks before we move onto the next exciting one!
For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
