A little info about this class...
Learn new skills, create something amazing and get creative!
Craft Club 4-9 is an opportunity for your child to enjoy making something amazing with clear step-by-step instructions balanced with a LOT of scope and time for developing their own artistic style and joy! Every 5/6 weeks we will be introducing a new fun project which will inspire your child to be creative and have a lot of fun while learning new skills along the way. Working on a project over a period of time and seeing the results of his/her efforts is great for self-esteem and learning that sticking with something can really be worth it! Children are welcome to join at any point in the course, as the class will be relaxed and we can explain what you have missed so that if you want to, you can work on the project outside of our weekly club.
A full list of resources for each project will be available in the Craft Club group after you have signed up. Resources will mostly be things you already have in your home. There may occasionally be the need to buy one or two things but they will not be expensive and we are big believers in finding creative solutions!
(This is not a stare-at-the-screen and listen to the teacher type of Zoom class! It is hands-on!)
PLEASE NOTE THAT AN ADULT IS NEEDED TO SUPPORT THE CHILD THROUGHOUT THE SESSION.
Craft Club 10+
Craft Club isn’t just about crafting – it’s an adventure into the realm of fibres, paper, and the beauty of nature. From mastering the art of macramé to creating stunning paper creations and working with natural elements, each term will open up a world of possibilities for your creative journey. You’ll discover the joy of transforming simple materials into unique pieces of art.
What to Expect:
Our sessions will kick off with an introduction to the exciting craft theme of the term. Then, we’ll dive into the main crafting activity for the day and let our creativity flow. As we conclude each session, there’ll be time to share your creations, ask questions, and exchange ideas with fellow crafters. I’ll also be there to guide you through the process, offer tips, and showcase techniques to make your creations truly magical.

For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
